How we work with you

A residence in Cyprus touches permits, a home, tax and often a company at once, each with its own order. We put that order in writing, introduce the licensed Cyprus partners who carry out each step, and hold the file until the last date is met. One thread, in writing, from first message to second year.

Who we work with

  • Families taking up residence

Schools, healthcare, property and permits planned around the household, not around providers.

  • Founders and business owners

Company, banking and personal tax sequenced so one decision does not undo another.

  • Professionals with income from abroad

Residency tests, non-dom status and reporting set up correctly from the first year.

Your journey with TaxRebase

  1. You write to us

    What happens
One email or WhatsApp message: where you stand, who comes with you, what you want from Cyprus. No forms, no call to schedule.
    You receive
A written reply within one working day with the questions that decide the order of your decisions, and a view on whether Cyprus fits.
  2. We set out the sequence

    What happens
Residence, home, tax and company have an order. We put yours in writing: what comes first, what depends on what, and what each licensed partner will need from you.
    You receive
One written plan, each step assigned to a partner by role. You approve it before anyone is instructed.
  3. We introduce the licensed partners

    What happens
Each step is carried out by a licensed Cyprus practitioner: lawyers for permits and property, accountants for tax and companies, banks for accounts. We make the introductions, brief them on your plan and agree the scope in writing.
    You receive
A written fee quotation from each partner before you commit to any step.
  4. We hold the file while they execute

    What happens
One coordinator keeps the whole plan, chases every deadline and tells you what is next before you have to ask.
    You receive
A single thread with every document, date and decision in one place.
  5. We stay with you after you arrive

    What happens
Renewals, the 60-day and 183-day residency tests, filings and the second year's decisions go on a forward calendar.
    You receive
A reminder before each date, and a review whenever your position changes.

What it costs

The first review carries no fee. If the written plan carries one, we tell you the amount in writing before any work starts. Each licensed partner quotes its own fees in writing before you commit, and nothing is charged without a quotation you have accepted.

What we do not do

We do not file applications, register companies, hold client money or give regulated advice. Licensed Cyprus practitioners do, under their own professional rules and insurance. We plan the sequence, make the introductions and keep the file on schedule.

Questions

How long does it take?

It depends on the route. The licensed partner confirms the timeline for your case in writing before you commit; the ranges commonly cited are on each service page.

Do you file the applications yourselves?

No. Licensed Cyprus lawyers, accountants and agents do, with us holding the plan and the dates.

Why in writing rather than a call?

So every answer is on record, can be forwarded to your own adviser, and nothing depends on memory. If you would rather talk it through, a call is arranged on request.

Do we need to be in Cyprus?

Not for the plan. Some steps need a visit; the plan says which.

What can delay a timeline?

Missing source-of-funds evidence, a property that fails its checks, a bank file opened before the company story is settled. The sequence exists to prevent each.
